All red light near infrared products from The Horse’s Back are shipped within Australia. All items are securely packaged and shipped by Australia Post, with tracking and insurance. Shipping is included in your purchase.
Items will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed. If this is not possible, you will be notified with an updated shipping time.
BEMER products are shipped internationally. Shipping is included in your purchase.
UK: Purchases are shipped directly to your door via UPS from Lichentenstein. This takes up to 7 days.
Australia: Purchases are shipped directly to your door via UPS from Denmark. This takes 10 to 21 days, depending on your location within Australia.
Purchases made from third party websites within Australia via a link in this store are shipped according to the seller’s policies.
RETURNS
Red Light Near Infrared Devices – Australia
- Following delivery, Equine Healthworks requests that the customer check the product for damage and completeness with reference to the instruction leaflet. This must be done prior to using the device. The customer must provide notice within 24 hours of delivery of any damaged contents or missing parts.
- Products found to be damaged or incomplete upon delivery may be returned to Equine Healthworks in the original manufacturer’s box, complete with all product components.
- An automatic one (1) year warranty beginning from the date of purchase (date of invoice) applies to the product. If issues are found with the product’s functioning, the product’s batteries must be fully discharged before the product is returned to Equine Healthworks.
- To be eligible for any refund, all components and applicators must be returned. A refund is applicable if the items are found to be in acceptable condition with no damage acquired through inapprorpiate use or storage, as definied in the ‘Starter’ instructions.
- The product must be shipped back in the manufacturer’s box as it was delivered, i.e. via Australia Post and insured for the full purchase value. This can be arranged with Equine Healthworks.
- Equine Healthworks offers customers a seven (7) day money back guarantee from the date on the invoice for all purchases. This is equal to the purchase price, less the cost of delivery and return shipping and insurance, provided that the product is returned in its original manufacturer’s box, is complete with all product components, and is found to be in acceptable and undamaged condition.
- If the customer wishes to return a used, undamaged product after seven (7) days, no refund will be applicable. Equine Healthworks will, however, assist the customer with reselling the product privately.

This is equal to the purchase price, less the cost of delivery and return shipping and insurance, provided that the product is returned in its original manufacturer’s box, is complete with all product components, and is found to be in acceptable and undamaged condition.
- If the customer wishes to return a used, undamaged product after thirty (30) days, no refund will be applicable. Equine Healthworks will, however, assist the customer with reselling the product privately.

eBooks
- If there are issues downloading any digital product available directly from this site, the owner will assist with the download or provide a private link for a single download.
- Digital eBook (ePub file) purchases are not eligible for refunds. It is the buyer’s responsibility to obtain and use a proprietary eReader to read the eBook.

- Equine Healthworks is not responsible for items bought from other websites. Please check the returns policy on the site you bought the product from. Please contact us if you need more information.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and, in prdoucts with warranties, when the warranty is still valid, as listed above.
